In these Terms, the following words and phrases carry the meanings defined below unless the context clearly requires otherwise:

Your access to and use of the jillid Platform constitutes your unconditional acceptance of these Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, all of which are incorporated herein by reference. If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the jillid Platform and close your account.

These Terms apply to all users of the jillid Platform regardless of the device used, the duration of use, or whether real-money play is involved. Each Player is permitted to hold exactly one (1) active jillid account. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual — whether using different mobile numbers, email addresses, device identifiers, or payment methods — is a material breach of these Terms and will result in all accounts being suspended and all balances being forfeited.

4.1 Registration Information

You are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration, including your legal full name, Philippine mobile number, date of birth, and any additional information requested during KYC verification. jillid is entitled to rely on the information you provide, and you are responsible for ensuring it remains accurate and up to date.

4.2 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You must not share your password or OTP codes with any other person, including family members. jillid will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorized access to your account that results from your failure to maintain adequate security over your login credentials.

4.3 Account Accuracy

Providing false information at registration — including false date of birth, false name, or misrepresentation of age — is grounds for immediate and permanent account suspension and forfeiture of all account balances without appeal. jillid reserves the right to request supporting documentation to verify the accuracy of account information at any time.

5.1 Deposits

jillid accepts deposits in Philippine Peso (PHP) via the following payment methods: GCash, Maya, Bank of the Philippine Islands (BPI), Banco de Oro (BDO), Metrobank, Coins.ph, 7-Eleven, and USDT (TRC20/ERC20). The minimum deposit amount is ₱100 for e-wallet methods. Deposit fees, if any, are disclosed at the point of transaction.

Deposits are credited to your jillid wallet balance upon confirmation of receipt from the payment provider. GCash and Maya deposits are typically credited within two (2) minutes. Bank transfer deposits are credited within five (5) to fifteen (15) minutes. jillid is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment providers.

5.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are processed by jillid subject to: (a) successful completion of KYC identity verification; (b) satisfaction of any applicable wagering requirements on bonus funds; (c) absence of any outstanding investigations or security reviews on the account; and (d) compliance with all applicable anti-money laundering obligations.

The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200 to GCash or Maya. jillid targets GCash withdrawal processing within five (5) minutes under normal operating conditions. jillid does not guarantee withdrawal times, which may vary based on volume, security reviews, and third-party payment provider processing times.

5.3 Anti-Money Laundering

Withdrawals must be made to the same payment method and account used for deposits where technically feasible. jillid reserves the right to request documentation verifying the source of deposited funds and to delay or decline withdrawals pending the outcome of any AML review.

All promotions are subject to the following general conditions, as well as any specific terms communicated at the time the promotion is offered.

The following conduct constitutes a violation of jillid's fair play policy and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all balances, and may be referred to relevant Philippine authorities:

jillid is required to verify the identity, age, and source of funds of players prior to processing withdrawal requests, consistent with Philippine anti-money laundering regulations and PAGCOR responsible gaming requirements. This KYC process is a one-time requirement.

8.1 Required Documents

jillid may request any of the following documents to complete KYC verification:

• Government-issued photo ID: Philippine National ID (PhilSys), Passport, Driver's License, SSS Card, GSIS Card, PRC ID, or Voter's ID.
• Proof of address: A utility bill, bank statement, or government-issued document showing your name and current Philippine address, dated within the last 90 days.

Nothing in these Terms grants you any licence or right to use jillid's intellectual property for any purpose other than accessing and using the Platform for your personal, non-commercial gaming enjoyment. You may not reproduce, redistribute, commercially exploit, reverse engineer, or create derivative works from any jillid content without jillid's prior written consent.

jillid reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently terminate any Player's account, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms, including but not limited to Prohibited Activities, multi-accounting, or provision of false registration information.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the timeframe requested by jillid.
• Initiation of a chargeback dispute with a payment provider in relation to deposits made to jillid.
• Reasonable suspicion of money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other illegal activity in connection with the account.
• Account inactivity exceeding twenty-four (24) consecutive months.
• jillid's decision, at its sole discretion, to cease offering services in a particular jurisdiction.

Upon termination for cause, jillid may forfeit all wallet balances including real-money deposits and bonus funds. Where an account is closed by jillid in circumstances not attributable to the Player's breach, remaining real-money wallet balances (excluding bonus funds) will be refunded to the Player's registered payment method within fourteen (14) business days.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

In the event of any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the jillid Platform, jillid encourages Players to first attempt resolution through jillid's customer support team, which is available 24/7 via live chat in English and Tagalog. jillid is committed to resolving disputes promptly and fairly.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through customer support within thirty (30) calendar days of the initial complaint, either party may refer the matter to the appropriate Philippine courts or regulatory bodies with competent jurisdiction, including PAGCOR where the dispute relates to gaming conduct.

jillid reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, jillid will notify registered Players via the contact information associated with their account — typically by SMS or a notification displayed upon login — no fewer than seven (7) days before the changes take effect, except where immediate changes are required to comply with legal or regulatory obligations.

The current version of these Terms, together with the effective date, is always available at jillid.app/terms-conditions. Your continued use of the jillid Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must close your account and cease using the Platform before the effective date.
